ISOS was founded on a clear and strategic insight: healthcare organizations in the region required a partner capable of bridging clinical expertise with strong business and operational management, delivering measurable results rather than theoretical reports.
Established in 2021 by Dr. Amr Abdelhady in Egypt, ISOS began by supporting a select group of healthcare providers seeking to enhance their operational and administrative performance. Within just three years, the company expanded its client base to 27 organizations.
In 2024, ISOS expanded regionally with the launch of its Dubai branch in the United Arab Emirates. By the end of 2025, ISOS had successfully served over 60 clients across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.
