4. EL Mostakbel Radiology Center
The success story of ISOS with EL-MOSTABEL Radiology Center, which represents the most trusted radiology center in Damanhur. This center used to provide its’ services to hundreds of patients and visitors daily and owns the competencies of approximately 80 employees. The challenge was that the center needed to be GAHAR accredited within a period of 4 months, as well as to apply quality standards that achieve conformity within daily work, facing up the culture of no change, training human power, and achieving streamlined work system. Indeed, we have overcome these challenges in developing policies and documents in a professional manner and at a time that meets the center’s desires. The story has come true with obtaining accreditation as the first accredited radiology center in Egypt achieving 100% compliance with national and drug safety standards and patient care including infection control requirements with an average of 91%., in addition the electronic transfer for most operational procedures reducing the risk of medical and diagnostic errors to 5% and created indicators to reduce waiting time to an average of 20 minutes completing the examination procedures and modifying the reservation system which is proportional to the daily rate of device consumption achieving 0 device malfunctions per month. 5. Ebn Sina Laboratory
A success story hand in hand with eliminating any barriers in order to achieve the goal” It is considered the title of cooperation between ISOS and Dar Ebn Sina Laboratory in Qena Governorate to obtain GAHAR accreditation, whose branches cover a large sector of Upper Egypt and distinguished by the Speed and accuracy of results.Challenges were in providing an integrated specialized trained team according to standards’ requirements and the ability to organize workflow In parallel with the way it preserves the traditions of the Upper Egypt community. Accordingly, ISOS made its mark in the basic preparation and cooperation in transferring expertise and intensive training until the team was able to use its functional tools with confidence which achieved compliance with standards by nearly score 100%. Despite the distance, ISOS was able to work alongside its client and follow up all details of the project and develop innovative communication channels to overcome this issue which resulted in improving the performance and efficiency of employees to approximately 98% and in order for the laboratory to be the first accredited laboratory in Qena with score 95% Within a year , ISOS had to face obstacles beyond its control, which were represented by the geographical distance of some services required to be provided on a regular base such as maintenance and supply chain services, so obliged the working team to find effective alternative solutions which reduced the percentage of sudden need for Supplies to approximately 1%. Our values were to implant the principles of quality and monitoring for each administrative and clinical process that takes place within the laboratory, which certainly leads to business growth and increased profits. 6. Life Lab Laboratory
The main goal, based on the success story between ISOS and Life Lab laboratory in Giza, is to achieve a balance between business development requirement and achieving reliability for the laboratory by obtaining GAHAR accreditation. So to study the challenges ISOS was able to deeply analyze the laboratory’s situation and make optimal use of its strengths points represented in the distinctive geographical location and the nature of the laboratory as it is the main branch of the chain of Life lab company. Indeed, the cooperation exceeded the goals set by restructuring and modifying the internal design of the laboratory, which resulted in the laboratory obtaining accreditation with 98% compliance with the standards, and setting up strategies that led to an increase patients’ flow to the laboratory, at a rate exceeding 300% within a year, as well as setting indicators, increasing operational efficiency, and reducing waste, which reduced the turnaround time for tests to approximately 70% in addition of developing a human resources management system based on continuous evaluation and attracting competencies that is suitable as a nucleus can be applied in other branches.
